The Smashing Pumpkins, in my opinion, is the best band in contemporary music. They have went through so many things in this game of life that it would amaze anybody. From the bad critics to the loss of Johnathan Melvoin from a herion overdose, the Smashing Pumpkins have come back and will soon (it is rumored May 26th) release their newest album, "Adore". I think that it's amazing that they have lived through all the ups and downs of life and not given up. I hope that they will find respect from their bad critics because they definately don't deserve it! |
Come on in and read bios, song listings, discography, album reviews, and other input on the best band around: none other then the Smashing Pumpkins. Coming soon, I hope: pics of the band, a review for James' solo album "Let It Come Down" and sound excerpts. Any questions or comments e-mail me at the address below. Thanx for bearing w/ me.

We all begged Billy, and in late May he will deliver. It has been rumored that on May 26th the new Smashing Pumpkins album "Adore" will be released. All in good time, because SP has been out of the spotlight for about a year and a half and now true fans are beginning to miss them. The good thing is that Billy & Company are finishing up their new 14 song album, but not planning to make much of a tour effort. I suppose I wouldn't either, if I was in their shoes. Making a double cd was probably hard enough, and then that tour they had to promote MCIS was like, eighteen months. Hey, the best thing is that they'll release "Adore" about a half a month before my birthday, June 18th. I'm making sure I'll get it sometime this summer, weather I have to buy it myself or not. Note: I don't have pictures right now, sorry. The boring ones below ought to fufil you for the time being.Cha!-Jesica
